Can you add a gift message to my order?
Kindly note that gift messages and gift wrapping services are not supported at this time and can't be included in orders.
When will my order be shipped?
Our items are made to order. Physical items are made to order and will ship as soon as production is complete. If you order more than one item, you may receive one prior to others. This is because certain scents can take longer to produce than others. But our turnaround times are quick.
Can you get this to me by _______ date?
Orders are in typically in production from 1 - 4 business days. During the holiday season, orders may take longer to process due to high volume.
We cannot guarantee delivery by any date. This is due not only to high order volume, but also due to the potential for postal service delays, especially during winter inclement weather or during the holiday season. At this time we cannot support overnight or expedited order/delivery requests.
What if I have address issues? - "Change Address" "Wrong Address" "Missing Info" or "Return to Sender"
Buyer is responsible for ensuring that shipping address is correct PRIOR to placing their order. No changes can be made once we've begun production. If production has not begun I will have to cancel your order. We will no longer be able to change your address and send out the items due to issues with fraudulent addresses. We often cannot provide refunds in the event that items are returned to sender due to buyer entering incorrect address because we don't always receive these items back and cannot just charge you new shipping. Often these items end up in limbo, lost, and we have to recreate your items from scratch. SO PRETTY PLEASE always check your shipping address for errors before ordering. We want to make sure you receive your item.
Can you cancel my order?
Our items are all made to order and therefore cannot be canceled once in production.

Because all items are made to order, we don't accept returns. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order after you receive it.
